About the client: Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical and dental businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. About the role: We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Paid Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency handling multiple accounts. This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success. What you’ll be doing: Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts. Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
