We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join a global organization. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance ServiceNow APM to manage application and technology portfolios effectively. Align APM with CSDM standards and support accurate service mapping and application service configuration. Use SAM and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps. Provide visibility into technical debt and contribute to roadmap planning for leadership. Support the latest ServiceNow upgrade and ensure smooth module compatibility. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of overall IT experience, including strong enterprise-level exposure. 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM. Proven background with ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules. Expertise configuring Application Services and building Service Maps. Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release/upgrade. Fluent English, with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
