Visit our website or our career page HEREJob Overview:We are searching for a BI Supervisor responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-making across the division. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data solutions, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of business insights.Key Job Responsibilities:• BI and SI data (Sell-in), Inventories and WOS (weeks of inventory), price control, MOQ, credit forecasts• Control and operations of SI and SO TOB contracts, margins, conditions, accruals and weekly monitoring of achievement • BI and data from the SO (Sell-out), WOS (weeks of stocks), Inventories, Inventory x Sales vs. System report calculations.• Presentation of SI and SO meetings, in Portuguese and English. Mapping of insights, reports, and share analysis.• Short and long-term SI and SO planning for online channels, reporting directly to headquarters• Operations in systems such as ERP, and internal platforms• Control tower for all data used in sales and operations. Spreadsheet generation and automation.• Team leadership• Extract data from various sources, such as SQL databases, ERP, and other internal company platforms; integrate and consolidate the extracted data;• ETL development to automate data collection and processing;• Organize data storage to optimize performance and allow quick access for analysis and report development;• Perform exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and correlations, generating insights from the analyzed data;• Work with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel to manipulate, explore, and visualize data in detail;• Update and development of Reports and Dashboards through Excel and Tableau;• Automate workflows and processes to optimize S& OP operations.Background & ExperienceBachelor's degree.Experience in data generation and analysis.Knowledge of the market, SI and SO, S& OP.Knowledge and experience in advanced Excel.Strategic thinker with structured reasoning, results orientation, and strong communication skills to collaborate across departmentsAdvanced English is mandatoryWhy is Samsung Electronics the place to be?Join a Global TeamWork with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.Tackle Big ChallengesOur history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
