Junior Recruiter Location: 4 days On-site – Al. Rio Negro, 503 – Alphaville Industrial, Barueri – SP, Type: Contract What You’ll Do: Support the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions Update and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Conduct reference checks when needed Help organize and participate in job fairs and campus hiring events Support employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates, etc.) Prepare weekly recruitment reports and dashboards What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related fields (recent graduates welcome) First experience in recruitment or HR (internships count) Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems is a plus Contact Email: WhatsApp:
