Location:Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours:8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) What You’ll Do: Production Support : Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations. Collaboration : Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements. Enhancements & Development : Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform. Download Services : Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service. Requirements Experience: · 3 years of experience.Skills: ·Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English) · Bachelor's degree Business Administration.· Excel – Intermediate· Office Suite - Intermediate· Power BI - Entry Level· Project Management Tools - Entry Level· Insurance Knowledge - PreferredBenefits 1.
