About us We are a leading digital solutions and technology services company. Our organization is partnering with global businesses on their digital transformation journey. The role of Partner Enablement Consultant is key to our success, advising and guiding business teams to develop strategic learning plans. As a consultant in this role, you will act as an SME for client learning programs and work closely with technology, Learning and Development, and business teams to drive partner workforce capacity and capability. You will be responsible for executing frameworks to assess capability and capacity workforce skill gaps in partner organizations, conducting needs analysis, and proposing strategic learning plans to stakeholders. Additionally, you will prescribe relevant learning based on scope and workload, build custom partner learning plans, monitor learner progress, and present Quarterly Business Reviews with senior stakeholders. Travel may be required within Brazil to client locations. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience as an L&D consultant or in any business-facing consultant role driving outcomes, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Computer Science or related field, and preferred certifications such as Cloud Digital Leader or Generative AI Leader.
