As the TikTok community continues to grow at an unprecedented rate worldwide, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are transforming the advertising industry in real time. About the Role This position sits within the Brazil Agency team and focuses on connecting TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. The Agency Partnerships Manager (APM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with advertising agencies, and helping agencies drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as an APM requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with Client Solutions Managers (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
