Location: On-site at client offices in Brazil (specific location will be disclosed at interview stage) Industry: iGaming / Sports Betting (iGaming experience is a mandatory requirement) Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate About the Role We're looking for a strategic HR Manager to build and lead the people function for a growing iGaming operation in Brazil. You'll be instrumental in attracting top talent, developing HR infrastructure, and creating a winning culture in this exciting industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and iGaming regulations Build compensation and benefits structures competitive within the industry Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement Handle sensitive matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Implement HR systems and tools to support growing headcount Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design Requirements Minimum 4 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the iGaming sector Strong knowledge of iGaming industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and talent landscape Proven experience building HR functions in startup or high-growth environments Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) French language skills are a strong advantage Solid understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus
