One of the key products is interactive touchscreen displays that showcase a school's awards, records, and history. About the Role As a Launch Specialist, you will be the first to welcome a newly signed school or athletic department to Touch and guide them through a smooth, high-quality launch. You'll manage multiple customer accounts at different onboarding stages, collect required assets, confirm setup details, and build much of the initial Touch site yourself (pages, content, layouts) to ensure the display is accurate, visually polished, and ready for launch—then support a seamless handoff to Customer Success. Requirements - Ability to effectively manage multiple customer accounts, each at different stages of the onboarding journey; - Growth mindset: you're a lifelong learner who's committed to continuous professional growth and development; - Solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership; you can identify issuesand take appropriate action; - Hunger for a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, change is standard, and flexibility is a must; - Strong designsense with the ability to create clean, organized, and visually polished Touch sites; - Excellent English fluency, including reading, writing, and verbal communication (C1/C2 proficiency preferred); - Prior experience in a customer-facing role (1+ year) is a plus; - Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours and be in-office five days per week. Responsibilities - Welcome newly signed schools or athletic departments to Touch and guide customers through a smooth, high-quality launch; - Manage a portfolio of partners in different stages of the onboarding journey; collect required assetsand confirm setup details; - Build much ofthe initial Touch site: structuring pages, organizing content, configuring layouts, and ensuring accuracy and completeness; - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve questions, remove blockers, and keep launches moving forward on schedule; - Manage a highvolume of inbound and outbound emails, Zoom meetings, and calls; answer questions and set timelines; - Log all activity in Salesforce and ensure a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team after a successful launch.
