The Mobileum Global Project Management Team consists of Project Managers who deliver the contracted scope of work to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in the telecommunications sector. This role will manage end-to-end delivery of revenue assurance and/or fraud-prevention software solutions for major telecom operators across Brazil and Latin America. Key Responsibilities / Functions Plan, lead, and deliver multiple concurrent projects , ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Oversee project financial milestones , including billing control, cost management, and revenue recognition. Lead and inspire multicultural implementation teams across different countries and time zones as part of a matrix-based organization. Prepare and deliver operational and executive status presentations to stakeholders and customers. Supervise implementation teams, proactively managing risks and issue resolution. Support sales activities by reviewing and validating technical proposals and SOWs , providing effort estimates, and creating deployment schedules. Ensure adherence to recognized IT project management methodologies and best practices . Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business (major in Computing) or applicable Industry experience Minimum 10 years ́ experience in hands on IT project management , including complex, long-duration projects (10+ people, 1+ year duration). Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering Telco-related Enterprise Software solutions , preferably with strong knowledge of BSS/OSS architecture Minimum 5 years' experience creating and managing project budgets and managing project profitability Minimum 5 years' experience scoping, forecasting, issue and risk management. Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple projects with proven experience managing distributed teams in remote, multicultural environments Matrix Organization . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project (or similar). PMP certification or at least in-depth knowledge of PMP Methodology is highly desirable. Desired Competencies & Soft Skills Proven experience in working within a 100% Matrix based organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working directly with both business and technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal and leadership Hands on Personality by showing and demonstrating to the team. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel. Financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and revenue recognition.
