Si te motiva contar historias a través de los datos y dar soporte a la toma de decisiones estratégicas, tu perfil nos interesa Responsabilidades en Data Visualization & Business Intelligence Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards interactivos, reportes y visualizaciones de alto valor utilizando herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.). Colaborar con Data Engineers, Data Scientists y equipos de negocio para entender requerimientos y traducir insights en productos visuales claros . Optimizar visualizaciones para distintos públicos, asegurando impacto, claridad y una excelente experiencia de usuario . Garantizar la calidad, integridad y actualización de los datos en los tableros presentados. Automatizar y mantener actualizados los reportes y visualizaciones. Capacitar a finales y stakeholders en el uso de dashboards y nuevas funcionalidades. Documentar procesos, fuentes y reglas de negocio aplicadas en cada visualización. Requisitos para perfiles de Data Visualization (Latam) Experiencia técnica en visualización de datos, BI o análisis de datos (mínimo 2-3 años). Manejo avanzado de herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, o similares). Sólido conocimiento de SQL y/o conexión con orígenes de datos diversos. Capacidad para transformar requerimientos de negocio en soluciones visuales eficaces. Habilidades en storytelling y comunicación de resultados para audiencias diversas. Dominio de procesos de limpieza, modelado y transformación de datos (ETL/ELT es un plus). Inglés técnico intermedio (lectura y documentación). Perfil proactivo, autonomía, atención al detalle y orientación a la mejora continua. Competencias clave en Data Visualization (LATAM) Pensamiento analítico y creatividad para la resolución de problemas. Curiosidad, autoaprendizaje y apertura al cambio tecnológico. Trabajo colaborativo en contextos multidisciplinarios y multiculturales. Empatía y habilidades de comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
