QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our software products. This role requires a hybrid testing profile , with the ability to design and execute automated testing processes while also performing manual testing when needed . You will be responsible for validating new features, preventing regressions, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality releases. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams in a remote-first environment. What you’ll do Design, develop, and maintain automated test processes for web applications Execute manual tests when automation is not applicable or during exploratory testing Create, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and automated test scripts Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution Perform regression, exploratory, and functional testing across new and existing features Collaborate closely with developers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and best practices Requirements Proven experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester Hands-on experience with test automation (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright or similar) Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices Experience creating, executing and maintaining test cases Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar) Experience testing web applications Experience with API testing (Postman, REST clients) Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Ability to switch between automated and manual testing as needed Comfortable working in a remote-first environment Professional working proficiency in English Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Meal and food vouchers Private Pension Plan Transportation Allowance TotalPass (Wellness & Gym Membership Program)
