The Offer Flexible working options Opening within a company with a solid track record of success Join a market leader within Media & Entertainment The Job You will be responsible for : we are looking to recruit a Portuguese Wardrobe Fashion Coordinator for their Gaming studio in Bogota, Colombia. Position: Wardrobe Fashion Coordinator Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff. Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages. Inspect uniforms for quality, coordinating any necessary repairs or alterations. Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet uniform requirements efficiently. Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee uniform allocations and personal appearance standards. Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement and update records in real time. The Profile Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as strong proficiency in English (at least B2). Comfortable using computers and familiar with inventory or stock management software. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing inventory and maintaining appearance standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with various teams and external vendors. Background or experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform-related industries.
