This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. Position title: SAP iXp Intern - External Workforce Center Support Location: São Leopoldo, RS In this role you will manage the end-to-end process of external workers (contractors) within SAP. You will respond to queries relating to external workers through phone calls, online tickets and emails from managers, third party vendors and SAP colleagues. You will be processing compliance checks on the external worker engagements in various SAP systems. This role requires the handling of confidential data and using HR systems and tools. What You’ll bring: Results driven and detail-oriented customer service skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Manage own workload and set priorities Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate with empathy over the phone and email with customers whose first language may or may not be English Committed to add value to the customer Good MS Office knowledge is a must Excellent English – written and spoken Ability to collaborate in global, multinational environment Eager to learn and develop Curious mindset Where You Belong: Be part of SAP Next Gen, a global community for students, universities, schools and educational partners, who are passionate about innovation and technology. 1. The External Workforce Center (EWFC) partners with the Business to engage a compliant external workforce that delivers on the business needs. To support SAP be Best Run the EWFC supports managers in the positive and compliant engagement of the external workforce population within SAP. This includes implementing and administering guidelines, policies, and processes for managers which help them engage with external workers in their daily operations.
