Clinical Site Manager – (Ophthalmology & Neurology Focus) Location:Remote-basedWe’re partnering with a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing treatments inOphthalmology, Neurology , and other complex therapeutic areas. To support several ongoing and upcoming studies, we are seeking aClinical Site Managerto oversee key investigator sites acrossLATAM . This position is offering a unique opportunity to blend operational oversight with strong relationship management at the site level.Key Responsibilities Serve as theprimary sponsor contactfor assigned sites and CRO monitors, ensuring high-quality communication and collaboration. Overseesite management activitiesacross multiple studies, including start-up, monitoring, and close-out phases. Drivepatient recruitment and retentioninitiatives, fostering engagement withPrincipal Investigatorsand site coordinators. Provideoperational oversightof CRO CRAs to ensure adherence to protocol, timelines, and quality standards. Support the sponsor’sclinical operations alignment , ensuring consistency and excellence in study execution. Troubleshoot operational challenges and proactively address site-level issues to maintain study momentum. Ensure proper management of study supplies, documentation, and compliance with GCP and sponsor SOPs.Requirements Proven experience as aLead CRA ,Senior CRA , orClinical Site Managerwith strong independent monitoring and site leadership skills. Therapeutic experience in Ophthalmology and/or Neurology is essential. Additional experience inImmunology, Rare Diseases, or Respiratoryindications would be advantageous. Solid understanding ofGCP ,ICH Guidelines , and regional regulatory requirements across Eastern Europe. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
