Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Software Developer who loves building product experiences and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be a key contributor to our core product, working across the stack to solve complex problems, deliver new features, and help shape the future of demo automation. You'll collaborate closely with Product and other Core Engineers to bring ideas to life and ensure we continue delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. What You'll Do Build and maintain core features across the TestBox platform (Front-End and Back-End) Take ownership of technical projects from design to deployment Collaborate with Product to ensure we're building the right solutions for our customers Contribute to technical decisions and direction alongside the Tech Lead and Engineering team Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to peers Debug and resolve production issues as part of our shared on-call rotation  Preferred Experience 4+ years of professional software development experience Experience working across the full stack (React, Django) Strong knowledge of API design and integrations (REST, GraphQL, or similar) Strong understanding of database systems, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling best practices. Work closely with peers to ensure you have everything you need to succeed and successfully complete the assignment. Week 11-12 : Independent assignmentsTake full ownership of a new assignment, managing it end to end, while knowing your team is available for support.
