About the Role


We are seeking an Associate to join our corporate legal team at CSBR. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders across different departments, providing legal support and reporting directly to the Corporate Legal Counsel. The corporate legal team functions within a dual reporting structure to both the CSBR Country Manager and the Group General Counsel at Saison International, based in Singapore.


The successful candidate will play a key generalist role in providing legal support across all areas of the company, including contract review and drafting, preparation of corporate documents, and delivering legal advice on a range of matters such as compliance, labor, civil, corporate, tax, LGPD and regulatory issues (including matters involving Central
