You will have significant autonomy over your working hours and days. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): High-Scale UA Management: Take full ownership of planning and executing global User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile apps/games , maintaining a focus on exceptionally high budgets (High-Scale performance). Social Platform Mastery: Lead advanced campaign management and optimization across core social media platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok , including creative iteration and testing. Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis using attribution platforms (AppsFlyer/Singular) to identify performance levers, optimize campaigns, and ensure aggressive ROI/ROAS targets are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative, Data, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. What You Must Bring to the Table : 3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition Mobile Apps or Gaming Essential Experience managing and scaling VERY HIGH BUDGET SPENDS (High Scale is a must-have). High Level of Independence and Accountability: Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, crucial for success in a part-time/remote environment.
