Job Title: We are seeking a Human Resources and Investigation Specialist to support our team. The HR & Investigation Assistant position may become eligible for promotion to the HR & Investigation Specialist position after a minimum of 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Support the Investigator during the investigation process, including interviews with the employee who filed the complaint, relevant witnesses, and the accused, taking interview notes, and gathering evidence. Analyze all the testimonies and evidence and reach a factual finding of whether the alleged conduct happened and, if so, whether it violated any of the company's policies. Requirements: Advanced professional English speaking and writing skills are required. A minimum of 2 years of full-time professional work experience in English is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a full-time job remotely with a defined schedule from a home office is required. A Professional Bachelor's Degree in any field is required. Experience drafting employee disciplinary letters and conducting investigations of workplace issues is preferred. Benefits and Work Environment: The total monthly compensation range is $4,200 BRL to $7,000 BRL. This includes benefits such as gym membership support, private health insurance support, and home office and phone/high-speed internet service support. The successful candidate will work in a remote environment with flexible scheduling.
