Director of Operations / Client Services (Company Management & Tax services)Location: Curaçao | *This is a relocation opportunity to Curaçao — we offer full relocation assistance to support your move. *About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Director / Client Services to lead and manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring their corporate structures meet the highest standards of compliance, tax efficiency, and legal integrity. This leadership role is central to supporting our clients in navigating international structuring, legal and fiscal requirements, while also contributing to the growth of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on international corporate structuring, helping them achieve optimal tax and legal positioning across jurisdictions.Ensure compliance with all relevant global tax regulations and transparency standards (CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR).Oversee the management and administration of corporate structures, partnerships, and trusts in line with legal and fiscal requirements.Collaborate with internal accounting and compliance teams on matters related to tax, financial reporting, and administration.Monitor changes in legislation, anticipate risks, and provide proactive guidance to clients on tax, legal, and compliance impacts.Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.What We're Looking ForA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance standards.Proven leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing client service teams.Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.Why Join Us?Relocation assistance provided to support your move to Curaçao.Be part of a global organization with a reputation for excellence in corporate services, compliance, and international structuring.Work in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to high-profile clients and complex cross-border matters.Opportunity to contribute to business growth while ensuring our clients achieve compliant and efficient structures.
