We are currently looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to work in a Remote position for a 6+ month with possible extension job opportunity. Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager Location: Remote in LATAM Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 + months with possible extensions Responsibilities Acts as the liaison between Product Owners and Salesforce development teams Ensures user stories are complete, tested, approved, and ready for release Manages Salesforce deployments and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD Enforces CI/CD best practices and release governance standards Maintains complete, audit-ready technical and release documentation Coordinates testing activities and release approvals Plans and executes release cycles with a focus on quality and stability Supports system maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting Ensures scalability, compliance, and performance of Salesforce environments Required Experience & Skills Experience in IT, systems analysis, or application delivery Hands-on experience in Salesforce Release Management Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban preferred) Experience working with SaaS applications and packaged software Strong planning, estimation, and analytical skills Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC is a plus Knowledge of PriceFx is a plus Languages : English B2 If you fulfill these requirements and are interested in this position, please send your resume along with your availability to start in this project, to the following e-mail address: Rosa Trinidad Romero Mancilla IT Recruiting Master Fast Dolphin, Inc. 12555 Orange Drive, Suite 4059 Ft.
