Network Infrastructure Specialist As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our global network. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze capacity trends and traffic flows to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Capacity Management: Plan and implement strategies to optimize network capacity based on forecast demand. Supplier Interface: Collaborate with regional suppliers to ensure seamless ordering, installation, and troubleshooting processes. Global Network Capacity Planning: Develop and manage capacity plans for global network platforms in LATAM, utilizing complex data sources and trend analysis to forecast port demand. Solution Development: Provide detailed solutions to the network delivery team to meet forecast demand, addressing process issues associated with deployed platforms. Stakeholder Consultation: Work closely with Technical Delivery Managers to implement planning rules at device/network level. Service Delivery Support: Resolve service delivery issues across build functions, working from detailed design documentation and independently on small projects. Required Skills: Mandatory Fluency in English. Mandatory Experience in Interacting and Negotiating in Multi-Cultural Situations. Mandatory Strong Background in International Telecoms Services and Conventions. Desirable Strong Knowledge of Global Telecoms Regulatory Environment. Desirable Financial Awareness and Ability to Manage Budgets. Desirable Experience in Operational System Stack and Global Network Inventory Systems and Tools. Desirable Technical Understanding of IP and SDWAN Functions and Configurations.
