ABA Intake Coordinator (ABA Therapy for Autism Care / Behavioral) Full-time | Remote About the Role: The ABA Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care. This role ensures a warm, professional, and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings, gathering information, and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process.Apply here: Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Screening: Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings. Collect required information and assess eligibility. Provide compassionate, supportive communication to families. Lead Management & Documentation: Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM). Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases. Conversion & Follow-Up: Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions. Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines. Coordinate with intake, clinical, and RCM teams for seamless transitions. Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, healthcare operations, or customer service . Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong empathy, professionalism, and phone presence.
