O que buscamos: Profissional com sólida experiência em gestão de projetos, especialmente em iniciativas complexas e de grande escala. Buscamos alguém com fluência em inglês, perfil estratégico, proativo e com forte capacidade de liderança, para atuar em modelo híbrido (3x por semana presencial) na região da Faria Lima, em São Paulo. Responsabilidades Apoiar a integração de soluções tecnológicas e ampliar a oferta de produtos UBS; Desenvolver planos e acompanhar a reformulação de aplicações para os padrões UBS, incluindo rebranding e integração de sistemas em plataforma única; Garantir avaliações de desativação e aposentadoria adequada das aplicações; Gerenciar planejamento, execução, cronograma, qualidade e satisfação do cliente em iniciativas complexas; Identificar e gerenciar líderes de negócios e clientes, mantendo comunicação eficaz e engajamento; Coordenar tarefas entre divisões, equipes e fornecedores, resolvendo conflitos e dependências; Avaliar riscos, propor soluções e monitorar plano de gerenciamento de riscos. Modelo híbrido – 3x na semana presencialmente no cliente. Região da Faria Lima. Requisitos e Qualificações Experiência em gestão de projetos/iniciativas, preferencialmente no setor financeiro. Experiência na entrega de projetos globais de grande porte. Pensamento estratégico, excelente comunicação e habilidade de liderar e persuadir. Experiência comprovada em entrega de soluções técnicas em larga escala, idealmente em equipes ágeis. Fluência em inglês. Autônomo e proativo, capaz de gerenciar múltiplos objetivos e prioridades conflitantes. Perfil decisivo, inovador, flexível e focado na resolução rápida de problemas.
