About the position We are seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. As part of the Revenue department, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions, automations, AI agents and data pipelines that power our Go-to-Market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, enabling efficiency, scalability, and intelligence in our revenue processes. We value individuals who are hands-on, data-driven, and eager to innovate, leveraging technology and AI to optimize the customer journey and accelerate revenue growth. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business impact is essential to succeed in this position. Your Impact Design, build, and maintain integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success platforms, and Billing systems; Develop and manage data pipelines (ETL) to ensure high-quality, reliable data for dashboards and advanced analytics; Build and deploy AI-driven solutions to support the Go-to-Market engine (e.g., predictive forecasting, churn/upsell triggers, copilots for sales and CS); Implement and optimize automations to improve efficiency across GTM (eg, lead routing, forecasting,
