O que estamos procurando? Buscamos um(a) Especialista SAP HCM S/4HANA (Sênior) com sólida experiência em projetos de conversão SAP ECC para SAP S/4HANA , forte domínio dos módulos de SAP HCM e capacidade de atuar em ambientes complexos e dinâmicos. Inglês avançado é essencial. Principais atribuições: Atuar na implementação, evolução e sustentação de SAP HCM em ambiente S/4HANA . Conduzir e apoiar processos de conversão do SAP ECC para S/4HANA, garantindo integridade e consistência dos dados. Realizar diagnósticos funcionais, análises de impacto e adequações necessárias para o ciclo de conversão. Colaborar com equipes técnicas e de negócio para definição de requisitos, regras de processo e validações. Participar de reuniões com times globais, apresentando status, riscos, dependências e recomendações. Conduzir testes funcionais, homologações e documentação do ambiente SAP HCM. Requisitos: Experiência sólida com SAP HCM para S/4HANA. Atuação comprovada em projetos de conversão SAP ECC S/4HANA . Inglês avançado (conversação e escrita).
