Research local rider communities to understand their needs and challenges. Work with the product team to create and improve features that make delivery processes smoother. Build feedback channels and collect rider input to continuously improve strategies and products. Requirements: This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026. Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team. Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience. Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs. Why join us?
