Regulatory Compliance Specialist This role involves research and tracking of global trade regulations across LATAM and North America, focusing on compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts. Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions. Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity. Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required. The Regulatory Research Analyst will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and ERP/GTS specialists to provide insights that keep SAP GTS systems up to date for global clients. Minimal client interaction is expected, with a focus on research-driven work. Required Skills and Qualifications Essential Skills: In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations, research expertise, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to work independently.
