About the Role We’re looking for a UGC Coordinator to own and lead our creator operations end-to-end.  This role is critical to keeping our content engine moving: sourcing top-tier creators, managing relationships, anticipating roadblocks, negotiating UGC costs, and ensuring deliverables flow smoothly from concept to edit-ready. You’ll be the point person between creators, Creative Strategists, and Operations , bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and solves problems independently.
