Role Overview We are looking for accomplished Tutors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute their expertise in Social Sciences, Humanities, and STEM disciplines . In this role, you will design, evaluate, and review advanced academic tasks that test critical thinking, reasoning, and subject mastery . Your input will directly help improve AI models by ensuring they can handle complex, graduate-level questions across disciplines. What You'll Do Create structured, graduate-level tasks, prompts, and problem sets in your area of expertise. Contribute to fields including Social Sciences, Humanities (history, literature, philosophy, etc.), and STEM (math, physics, biology, engineering, computer science, etc.). Quality assurance: Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and rigor. Pinpoint where models fail to reason correctly and provide expert corrections. Maintain clear, organized records of tasks, solutions, and evaluations. Requirements Advanced degree (Master's, Ph D, or Postdoctoral experience) in your field of expertise. Strong subject knowledge in one or more disciplines within Social Sciences, Humanities, or STEM. Excellent academic writing and analytical skills.
