About the Program At Wildlife Studios, our Internship Program is designed to attract and develop students that are eager to start their careers in the gaming industry. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and be part of a company that creates games played by millions worldwide. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to technical and soft-skill training, mentorship, and structured development opportunities to prepare you for future career growth. What You’ll Do Support analysis, projects, and initiatives that directly impact our games and business; Participate in technical and business cases, problem-solving challenges, and brainstorming sessions with peers and leaders; Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development; Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products. Internship Program Requirements Undergraduate students graduating between Dec/2026 and Dec/2027. Advanced/Fluent English. Availability to work in hybrid model, or on-site, depending on the team. Availability for 30 hours of internship per week, with at least 1 year of availability for the program. Genuine interest in games and technology. Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn. Strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership. Where You Can Work Engineering (Game Tech & Platform Eng): Contribute to the development of scalable systems and game features, working with modern programming languages and frameworks. Product Management: Support product managers in defining priorities, analyzing user data, and improving the player experience across our portfolio. Data Science: Use data analysis to generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions across the company. Business & Marketing: Work on business development initiatives, market analysis, and creative strategies to scale our games.
