The team moves fast and operates with a high bar.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We’re hiring aCreative Strategist with heavy direct response experience.You’ll own both strategy and ops: building and briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring we ship 100–200 ads per week.You must have lived and breathed direct response advertising and VSL-style creative—knowing the beats, pacing, proof, and psychology that drive conversions. This is a hands-on IC role with pod-level ownership (no formal people management).Focus split: ●~60% Strategy/Briefing ●~40% Creative Ops/QA/DeliveryHOW TO APPLY:If you believe we're the right fit, please fill in this form:WILL YOU DO?Direct Response Strategy / Briefing / Analysis ● Develop a creative strategy by offer, funnel, and awareness stage; publish weekly test plans. ● Generate net-new DR angles from learnings, competitor swipes, and cultural trends. ● Outline 2–3 minute VSL-style ads (problem, agitation, solution, proof, CTA) and collaborate with copy on scripting. ● Write iteration briefs (hook swaps, lead/body edits, CTA tests, packaging, captions) with clear hypotheses. ● Brief content creators with DR talking tracks, shot lists, compliance guardrails, and demo guidelines. ● Lead reviews to ensure DR structure, pacing, and storytelling are dialed in. ● Translate performance data (Hook, Hold, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) into new test briefs within 1–3 days.Creative Ops & Delivery ● Own weekly sprints: intake → brief → production → QA → launch → iteration. ● Plan and ship 100–200 ads weekly (mix of new and iterations). ● Traffic assets correctly: naming, specs (9:16 / 4:5 / 1:1), captions, UTMs. ● QA assets for typos, compliance, pacing, audio, and render quality. ● Review editor work with time-stamped, DR-specific notes (cut logic, proof beats, motion/graphics, sound). ● Maintain a clean, searchable DAM with version control. ● Coordinate with Media/Growth to ensure launches hit deadlines. ● Use light automation/AI for cut-downs, resizing, and captions. ● Track throughput and ensure weekly volume targets are met without errors. ● Manage creator usage rights and content expirations.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 90 DAYS) ●100–200 DR ads shipped weekly ,>98% QA pass rate . ●Iterations launched within 24–48 hours of insights , increasing win rate. ● Faster time-to-first-winner and more winners per 50 launches. ● Astandardized system for DR briefs (VSL, creator, iteration)used by the team. ●Clean DAM and clear creative pipeline visible to Growth/Media .MUST-HAVES ●3+ years in direct response creative strategy, ideally in high-spend environments ($1MM+/mo). ●Deep experience with VSL-style ads : structure, beats, proof, pacing, CTA flow. ●Proven ability to ship 100–200 ads weekly across VSLs, short-form, and UGC. ●Strong post-production literacy(Premiere/Final Cut/AE basics)for precise DR feedback. ●Track record of writing/briefing iterations and content creators for DR assets . ● Data-driven mindset; you live in Hook/Hold/CTR/CPC/CPA/ROAS. ● Detail-oriented; errors don’t slip past you. ● Clear communicator who pushes creative toward DR performance.NICE-TO-HAVES ● Health, beauty, or OTC-adjacent experience. ● Amazon and TikTok Shop creative systems. ● Familiarity with tools: ClickUp/Asana, Frame.io, Motion/Varos, Google Workspace, CapCut/Descript, Runway/Topaz/ElevenLabsHOW TO APPLY:If you believe we're the right fit, please fill in this form:
