SSN Sales Administrator

What you will do As a Sales Administrator , you will: Manage the full cycle of spare parts requests, returns, and quotations using SAP and other internal systems; Proactively follow up on open orders and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries; Coordinate with market areas to address issues related to delivery timelines; Create and maintain dashboards and visual management tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor spare parts supply and customer service performance; Analyze operational data and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making and performance tracking; Identify opportunities to automate reporting and communication processes using tools such as Excel (including macros), Power BI, and Power Apps; Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and service quality; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. We believe you have An university or technical degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; Experience in customer service and working with SAP; Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and creative thinking; Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset; A positive and approachable attitude, with strong customer orientation, teamwork spirit, and fast learning ability; Responsibility, maturity, and commitment to delivering high-quality work with an entrepreneurial mindset; It will be considered a plus if you have: Intermediate to advanced English; Spanish language skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (advanced level with macros), Power BI, and Power Apps.
