Services will be delivered to safeguard S/4HANA implementation projects, as well as support to update and innovate in production landscape. Consultant will provide guidance and support across all RISE with SAP methodology: In Prepare phase, you will identify new functionalities and benefits provided by S/4HANA in Finance modules. Define preparation activities to adopt new S/4HANA finance capabilities. In Explore, Realize and Deploy phases, consultant will conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP standard, Best Practices to optimize them. Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases. Support business processes continuous improvement and help them to implement innovations asuch as Finance Embedded Al apps. To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills, creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details by doing technical and C-level presentations. WORK EXPERIENCE Experience working with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA as end user, support engineer or consultant, not mandatory but highly desirable. Experience as S/4HANA Finance consultant is a plus. Preferred experience in ABAP development / optimization. Strong analytical and technical skills. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering. Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++, Python). Self- learner. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external. LANGUAGE SKILLS Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory) English - Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory) Spanish - desirable, not mandatory LOCATION: Sao Leopoldo, Brazil.
