We are looking for a responsible and skilled Inside Sales Analyst to join our sales team.Main activities and Responsibilities:Support to the sales team (Key Accounts);Daily contact and customer service in order to understand their needs and offer services/products that best meet their expectations.Study potential customers, market and competitors (benchmarking);Establish contact with potential customers in a personalized way via phone, e-mail, video call, chat and/or other means;Monitoring of negotiations, deliveries and overdue;· Elaborate commercial offers for customers;CRM/SAP management (register customers, opportunities, orders, additives, spare parts, approvals, etc..);SINOSURE management. (necessary documents, fup the process, etc);Stock reservation management;Consolidate Forecast with the commercial team on a monthly basis, validating volume sold, billed, hit rate, customer registration, etc;Responsible for generating reports, such as billing, forecast, backlog, opportunities;Management of standard Sungrow documents such as NDA, Contracts, Minutes, etc;Analyze placements applied in indirect offers in partnership with the Marketing team and suggest improvements;Management and tracking of all FOB and CFR orders, from the start to the delivery;Contact and periodic meetings to align orders and stock with the head office;PO critic analisys. conference on receipt;PO confirmation/acceptance to customer;Feedback to the commercial in case of necessary changes;Making sure the customer is receiving the return within the Logistics Procedure deadline;Weekly meetings to follow up with the commercial + logistics;Communicate important customer feedback internally;Daily completion of Sales Tracking worksheet;Maintain and update sales and customer records in FUP.Function Specific Knowledge:Excellent verbal and written communication.Persuasion and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365(Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook).knowledge in power BIEducation and Minimum Requirements:Higher education in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, Administration or related areas.English level advanced or aboveCompetenciesAnalytical Thinking;Organization;Sense of responsibility;Communications;Teamwork.Work Location and Status:Full time job (CLT);Work at Vila Olimpia/SPBehavioral skills: pro activity, good communication; organization; time management; teamwork; interpersonal relationshipCompensation:Compensation commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits package
