What You’ll DoAs part of our talent acquisition team, you are charged with finding top talent. You’re responsible for guiding candidates through our recruiting process and partnering with hiring leaders to help build their teams. You are enthusiastic and driven, which allows you to develop meaning relationships. You are systems savvy and passionate about improving our recruiting process.We are looking for a Recruiter with experience identifying top talent for niche positions across different verticals. The ideal candidate demonstrates their expertise by sharing recruiting best practices, engaging highly skilled talent while setting time to fill expectations based on data. He/she is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a strong communicator.Please submit your resume in English. Applications in other languages cannot be considered.What Your Responsibilities Will BePartner with Hiring Leaders to develop a complete understanding of each opening.Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension and closing candidates.Identify passive candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, and our ATSBe passionate about social media and savvy internet researchPipeline candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit forFocus & lead on Diversity identification, sourcing, and attractionProactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas for filling challenging positions by using knowledge of current sourcing practices and trendsEstablish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycleWhat You'll Need to be SuccessfulApproximately 6+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.In-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech/Saa S environmentsProven track record managing full-cycle recruitment: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer managementExcellent written and spoken English
