Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP finance solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilitie sLead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement project sDesign, configure, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders )Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solution sProvide expert-level support for month-end and year-end closing activitie sCollaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP )Prepare and review functional specifications for developments and interface sPerform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolutio nMentor junior consultants and provide knowledge sharin gEnsure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control sSupport SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiative sRequiremen ts7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consulta ntStrong expertise in SAP FI and CO modul esProven experience in end-to-end SAP implementatio nsExperience with SAP S/4HANA Finan ceSolid understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling process esExcellent analytical and problem-solving skil lsStrong communication and stakeholder management skil lsProfessional working proficiency in Engli shNice to H aveSAP FICO certificat ionExperience in international and multi-country proje ctsKnowledge of SAP Central Finance and New GLLeadership or team lead experie nce
