Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist — Growth Startup (Remote) Location: Remote (preferred in Eastern Europe or South America) Type: Full-time, Remote Experience: Around 5 years in recruitment (startup or fast-scaling environment preferred) Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based incentives About Us We’re a fast-growing software company creating products that help businesses grow online. We’re now hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process — from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your mission will be to help us build an amazing team by hiring talented engineers, marketers, growth experts, and operators who share our passion for innovation and impact. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and growth roles (backend, frontend, marketing, operations, etc.) Keep our Notion-based recruitment system organized and updated with candidate data and pipelines Design smart sourcing strategies — find great talent where others don’t look Write creative outreach messages that attract high-performing candidates Lead interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams Handle offer negotiations, contracts, and salary structures Build systems and processes that make recruiting faster, smarter, and more human Work independently — you’ll have freedom to make decisions and test ideas You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… Have 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably in startups or fast-growing companies) Think logically and creatively — you build solutions, not just follow templates Have experience managing recruitment databases (Notion or similar tools) Are proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented Communicate clearly and enjoy connecting with people Understand how to create fair and motivating offers Want to grow — see this as your next step toward a leadership role in People Operations Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where things evolve fast Why Join Us Work with a global and talented team Be part of a high-growth company with space to innovate and grow Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and trust in your work Make an impact by helping shape our company culture and future team
