Descrição: JLStream Modelo Trabalho Local 6A EAS – Híbrido 3x por semana São Paulo Main Skill Project Manager / Practice Lead Oracle Required Qualifications Experience: . 15+ years in Oracle ERP (Apps) implementations, including 5+ years in leadership roles with distributed delivery models. . Proven success in building talent pipelines and managing multi-location teams. . Knowledge of the different modules of Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS Skills: . Advanced collaboration skills: Experience managing offshore/global teams in complex projects. . Expertise in Brazilian localization (tax, compliance) and LATAM market dynamics. . Strong GTM strategy development and partnership-building capabilities. . Fluency in Oracle implementation methodologies . Proficiency in risk analysis, pricing models, and profitability optimization. Languages: Native Portuguese (Brazil) Fluent English (mandatory) Spanish (highly preferred for LATAM collaboration) Leadership Traits: Community-focused leader with a passion for talent development. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Main Activities and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities . Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) and marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian market. . Manage the community of Infosys Oracle professionals defining the priorities for training and certification . Foster local partnerships with Oracle, service providers, and technology allies to expand market reach. . Lead distributed delivery models, coordinating heavily with offshore/abroad teams to ensure seamless project execution. . Drive alignment between global templates and Brazilian localization requirements (tax, compliance, processes). . Build a long-term talent pipeline through cost-effective training programs, apprenticeships, and community-building initiatives. . Lead pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, pricing strategies, and pursuit orchestration. . Act as the primary liaison for Oracle Brazil, global delivery teams, and key client stakeholders. . Drive farming activities to expand existing accounts and ensure client retention. . Build Brazil as a LATAM service hub, supporting regional clients with scalable solutions. . Foster local partnerships with Oracle, service providers, and technology allies to expand market reach. . Soft Skill (Personal characteristics) 1- Ability to work on parallel tasks 2- Good communication 3- Resilience 4- Negotiation skills 5- Conflict resolution 6- Stakeholder Management English Level Advanced Spanish level Intermediate Habilidades: • Mais de 15 anos de experiência em implementações do Oracle ERP (Apps), incluindo mais de 5 anos em cargos de liderança, com atuação em modelos de entrega distribuída. • Sucesso comprovado na formação de talentos e na gestão de equipes em múltiplas localidades. • Conhecimento dos diversos módulos do Oracle Cloud e do Oracle EBS. ________________________________________ Competências Técnicas: • Colaboração avançada: Experiência na gestão de equipes globais/offshore em projetos complexos. • Especialista em localização brasileira (tributação, conformidade) e na dinâmica de mercado da América Latina (LATAM). • Forte capacidade para desenvolver estratégias de Go-to-Market (GTM) e construir parcerias. • Fluência nas metodologias de implementação da Oracle. • Proficiência em análise de riscos, modelos de precificação e otimização de lucratividade. ________________________________________ Idiomas: • Português nativo (Brasil) • Inglês fluente (obrigatório) • Espanhol (altamente desejável para colaboração na LATAM) ________________________________________ Características de Liderança: • Líder com foco em comunidade e paixão por desenvolvimento de talentos. • Pensamento estratégico aliado a uma abordagem prática na resolução de problemas. ________________________________________ Principais Responsabilidades: • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de go-to-market (GTM) e marketing adaptadas ao mercado brasileiro. • Gerenciar a comunidade de profissionais Oracle da Infosys, definindo prioridades de treinamento e certificação. • Fomentar parcerias locais com Oracle, prestadores de serviços e aliados tecnológicos para expandir o alcance de mercado. • Liderar modelos de entrega distribuída, coordenando intensamente com equipes offshore/internacionais para garantir a execução eficiente dos projetos. • Alinhar os templates globais às exigências locais brasileiras, como tributos, conformidade e processos. • Construir um pipeline de talentos de longo prazo, por meio de programas de treinamento econômicos, programas de aprendizado (apprenticeships) e iniciativas de engajamento comunitário. • Liderar atividades de pré-venda, incluindo respostas a RFPs, estratégias de precificação e orquestração de propostas. • Atuar como o principal ponto de contato entre a Oracle Brasil, equipes de entrega globais e stakeholders-chave dos clientes. • Expandir contas existentes e garantir retenção de clientes por meio de atividades de farming. • Estabelecer o Brasil como um hub de serviços LATAM, oferecendo soluções escaláveis a clientes regionais. ________________________________________ Competências Comportamentais: 1.
