SAP OTC Business Analyst

What you will do Analyze business requirements and design OTC solutions within SAP (SD /FI module and related integrations). Configure and maintain SAP Order to Cash functionalities including: Order Management Pricing Billing & Invoicing Credit Management Accounts Receivable Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure process alignment. Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users. Provide go-live and hyper-care support during SAP rollouts. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver solutions iteratively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities About you Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years in SAP OTC configuration and support. Familiarity with integration points between OTC and FI/MM modules. Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and data structures. Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and work with technical teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe) Preferred Skills SAP ECC experience. SAP S/4HANA experience. SAP certification in SD or OTC modules. Knowledge of EDI, IDoc processing, and third-party system integrations Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
