Job Title: IT Infrastructure Executive We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Executive to lead the planning, execution, and operational success of our organization's IT Infrastructure initiatives and daily operations. Program and Project Management: Manage multiple, interconnected infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for the IT infrastructure function, aligning with business goals and future needs. Budget and Financial Management: Oversee program and operational budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness of IT investments. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues impacting program implementation or daily operations, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution processes. About This Role This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure projects and a deep understanding of IT service management principles. Requirements Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IT service management tools and technologies, including incident, problem, and change management. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
