The position will be one important member of the Sungrow’s Brazil technical support team, which takes care of company’s BESS pre-sales technical offer in the country. Main activities and Responsibilities: Pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors) Support sales team with ESS system technical solutions Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer’s engineering staff Track market demands from key accounts Set up a channel between internal team and customers Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to the company’s R&D Support, coordinate and develop the offers and technical solutions Convince customers to buy Sungrow products from technical point of view Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s information. Conduct product training, seminars, presentation to customers and/or other stakeholders if required Attend national and international fairs and congresses Function Specific Knowledge: Minimum 2 years’ experience in ESS projects or related areas Technical knowledge of ESS, inverters, and substations Proven network and experience with energy companies, project developers and EPCs Proven experience to work in multinational environment Proven track record in touch technical problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills both oral and written across functions and all level internally and externally Fluent in English. Education and Minimum Requirements: Master or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable higher education qualification Competencies Analytical Thinking Organization Sense of responsibility Communication Teamwork Work Location and Status: Full time job Work in São Paulo, Brazil Available for travelling Compensation: Compensation commensurate with experience Competitive benefits package Strong personal and company growth opportunities
