Qualificações Básicas (Habilidades Obrigatórias) Bacharelado em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada. 6–9 anos de experiência na função de Cloud Support Engineer. Forte compreensão de AWS , infraestrutura em nuvem , sistemas operacionais Unix/Linux , seus comandos e utilitários, além de ferramentas de Gerenciamento de Configuração . Experiência com múltiplos serviços AWS: IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, Security, VPC, Load Balancing, Monitoring & Audit . Experiência em solução de problemas e depuração de aplicações baseadas em AWS. Capacidade de resolução de problemas em um ambiente de suporte de infraestrutura de grande porte, incluindo experiência em observar padrões, analisar causas raiz e sugerir ideias para resolução. Boas habilidades de comunicação, com capacidade de articular aspectos técnicos e funcionais de problemas de desenvolvimento/produção para ajudar na solução junto às equipes de desenvolvimento e stakeholders seniores. Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (Ia C). Conhecimento de alguma linguagem de script: Shell Script ou Python . Qualificações Preferenciais (Diferenciais)• Experiência no setor de Serviços Financeiros . • Certificações relevantes em AWS que demonstrem interesse e experiência na área.
