Therefore, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our hyperautomation team and embark on this journey with us. To help us with this automation journey we are looking for: junior developer RPA and Hyperautomation What you'll be doing As a Developer Hyperautomation you are improving business and IT processes across our markets, locations, and functions through automation technologies such as RPA, low-no code, integrations, and artificial intelligence. It is your responsibility to process incidents, execute and support upgrades and enhancements, and monitor the performance of the platform. Next, you work with the team on analyzing business processes and developing automation solutions. Also, you have a keen eye for process improvement for our existing automation solutions and way of working. The team is currently working with a broad set of automation technologies, such as RPA (UiPath), low-code app development (OutSystems), and iPaaS (Workato). We are gradually adding technologies to our automation toolbox and have the ambition to continuously improve our way of working. Thus, your task is also to participate in new initiatives and projects about hyperautomation. Main Tasks Provide functional and technical support for users of the application by solving incidents and problems Identify, describe, and model the business requirements for existing and new automation solutions Configure, develop, and deliver solutions through changes and projects Support citizen developers in automation initiatives and conduct code-reviews Monitor the use of technology platforms for proactive maintenance Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to increasing the knowledge and skills of the Hyperautomation team What are we looking for? Solution- and result driven mentality Conceptual thinker with high analytical skills Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications Strong communication skills Business oriented to quickly understand processes and challenges Team player willing to learn and invest in improving others Education, Knowledge, and Experience Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business administration, computer science, or equivalent At least 1-3 years experience in one of the fields of expertise: Low-code Development (OutSystems) or Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) Interest in the newest technological developments Fluent in English Business knowledge of logistic, financial, and/or HR processes is a plus. Experience with global ERP, CRM, and PLM systems is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
