Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale AEM implementations and integrations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice to Have: Adobe Certified Expert in AEM Sites Architect or similar certification. Experience working in global delivery models and distributed teams. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-level solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver integrated digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM architecture, commerce integrations, and Adobe Experience Cloud products, combined with advanced knowledge of modern web technologies and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of AEM-based solutions, including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Launch, and Analytics. Define best practices for AEM implementation and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Solution Delivery: Implement scalable AEM solutions for web and mobile platforms. Oversee Adobe development efforts and provide technical guidance to development teams.
