This role will help accelerate analysis, reporting, and business insights by partnering closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Finance Analytics. You will work on a mix of ad hoc analysis, deep dive projects, dashboard and BI development, and light data engineering in support of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering high quality analytical work that helps the company move faster. The ideal candidate has moderate SQL skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.Projects and Initiatives You Will SupportRun ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to customer behavior, product usage, sales performance, and financial trendsSupport deep dive projects such as weighted pipeline evaluation, consumption reporting, sales attainment analysis, and LTV to CAC modelingBuild and maintain draft BI dashboards in Tableau or similar toolsWrite SQL queries to pull, clean, and transform data in SnowflakeSupport the development of repeatable data models for financial and operational metricsDraft summaries and written analysis that highlight insights and trendsPartner with internal teams to clarify metric definitions and ensure consistency across reportingDocument logic, definitions, and assumptions to support long term reuseYou Will Be a Great Addition to the Team If You HaveMinimum Qualifications:1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related fieldModerate SQL experience with a willingness to learn and improveFamiliarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BIStrong analytical reasoning and the ability to connect data to business conceptsClear written communication skills and the ability to summarize findingsComfortable working independently and managing priorities in an async environmentHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solvingExtra skills that stand out:A builder mentality with interest in creating small tools or solutions to improve workflows.
