We are seeking a highly competent Payroll and Finance Analyst to oversee and optimize payroll operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations while supporting financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing compensation-related data, processing expenses and benefit costs, and conducting audits to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with department heads in forecasting future financial needs and efficiently allocating resources.Responsibilities:Oversee payroll procedures and payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Analyze compensation-related data, including wages and bonuses, to inform management decisions.Process expense reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.Manage benefit costs, such as insurance fees and sick leave payments.Interpret and apply labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and payroll/finance practices.Conduct regular audits of payroll and finance procedures and records to identify and correct any discrepancies.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.Collaborate with department heads to forecast future financial needs and allocate resources effectively.Requirements and Skills:Fluent in English and at least one other EU language (Spanish, French, Polish, Dutch, Italian, or German).Background in HR/Payroll is highly appreciated but not mandatory.Previous work experience in a Finance or Payroll-related role or relevant legal background, especially labor law, is highly appreciated.Excellent organizational skills, strong phone and email communication skills.Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).Any other EU language is an advantage.Local de trabalho: São Paulo, SP Regime de contratação de tipo: Efetivo – CLT Jornada: Período Integral Nível hierárquico: Especialista
