Operations Analytics Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Analytics professional to deliver high-impact insights that support our end-to-end operations. Location: Remote, Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: This role involves working closely with teams across inventory, logistics, retail, and customer service, while partnering with technology and finance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, understand, and quantify key operational efficiency metrics. Design, implement, and report on item-level data throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows. Provide daily reporting and product-health measurements to support business decision-making. Communicate insights clearly and effectively to partner teams and leadership. Collaborate with operations analysts to optimize processes and uncover opportunities for growth. Requirements: Minimum Requirements: >5+ years of analytics experience. Expert-level proficiency in SQL. 5+ years working with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc. Strong ability to translate practical business problems into technical solutions. Proven experience delivering time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, recommendations, and executive presentation. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Preferred Qualifications: > Experience in eCommerce or logistics industries.
