SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE…O Consultor de Entrega de Serviços será responsável por gerenciar e conduzir o relacionamento com um conjunto designado de clientes da Iron Mountain Document Management Solutions , assegurando a satisfação do cliente com os serviços prestados. Atuando como o principal ponto de contato para a maioria dos assuntos operacionais e relacionados à tecnologia da informação, o consultor facilitará a resolução de problemas diários e melhorias de processos, além de gerenciar pequenos projetos na área de transformação de negócios e migração de dados.RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS…Compreender e comunicar detalhes técnicos e operacionais em apoio aos processos atribuídos aos clientes.Atuar como ponto único de contato e gerenciar o relacionamento diário com os clientes DMS.Identificar e facilitar a resolução de problemas tecnológicos e operacionais específicos para cada solução do cliente.Facilitar a resolução de quaisquer problemas dos clientes que possam afetar a satisfação, pesquisando problemas escalonados de serviço e cobrança.Facilitar solicitações ad hoc dos clientes, como relatórios, auditorias e análises.Coordenar os serviços ao cliente envolvendo múltiplos departamentos internos, como operações, TI, atendimento ao cliente, faturamento e implementação.Auxiliar no planejamento operacional diário do DMS e nas atividades de prontidão.Atuar como contato operacional para implementações de novos clientes e gerenciar a transição da equipe de implementação.Garantir o entendimento e a gestão dos SLAs dos projetos/contratos, facilitando a comunicação entre o cliente e a Iron Mountain.Apoiar a equipe de vendas na identificação e garantia de novas oportunidades dentro das organizações dos clientes.SUAS QUALIFICAÇÕES…Ensino Superior Completo; pós-graduação desejável.Inglês e/ou espanhol intermediário.Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em gerenciamento de documentos ou soluções de BPO.Habilidades analíticas comprovadas e eficazes.Capacidade demonstrada de gerenciar clientes com serviços baseados em tecnologia.Experiência em gerenciar múltiplos projetos e prioridades.Conhecimento prático dos conceitos de manufatura LEAN e medição de qualidade.Forte capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidades interpessoais excepcionais.Capacidade de influenciar e negociar para alcançar os resultados desejados.Habilidade para liderar programas de clientes para entrega e desempenho.Local de trabalho: Osasco, SP Regime de contratação de tipo: Efetivo – CLT Jornada: Período Integral Nível hierárquico: Consultor
