Então essa é a sua chanceO que buscamos: A Worldpanel está em busca de um(a)Analista de Pesquisa de Mercado Sênior com interesse genuíno em entender o comportamento do consumidor e transformar dados em insights que orientem decisões estratégicas. Se você tem espírito investigativo, atenção aos detalhes e gosta de trabalhar com dados e pessoas, essa vaga pode ser para vocêAs responsabilidades incluem: Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares, especialmente o time comercial; Receber, analisar e criticar briefings, produzindo materiais alinhados às demandas; Atuar em atividades de maior complexidade e interagir com stakeholders seniores; Participar, quando possível, das apresentações para clientes; Diagnosticar oportunidades de negócio nos clientes para abordagem comercial; Produzir insights adicionais que possam gerar novas oportunidades; Participar de reuniões de briefing com clientes, se necessário; Sintetizar informações, construir storytelling com dados e comunicar-se bem com diferentes públicos; Cumprir os prazos estabelecidos no cronograma de entregas (SLA e priorizações). Requisitos: Experiência prévia em análise de mercado, comportamento do consumidor ou inteligência de mercado; Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Comunicação, Estatística, Marketing ou áreas correlatas; Pensamento analítico, visão estratégica, autonomia, organização e proatividade; Conhecimentos avançados em pacote Office; Atenção aos detalhes e habilidades para resolver problemas; Inglês avançado (desejável espanhol intermediário); Conhecimento na plataforma Jira será considerado diferencial.
